VAT Rate Increase

For customers based in the UK and Europe.

You are probably aware that during 2009 we have been enjoying a VAT rate of 15% however, please be aware that the rate of VAT changes from 15% to 17.5% on 1st January 2010.

This means that invoices covering services to be provided after 1st January will include VAT at the new 17.5% rate, including invoices covering this period raised in advance.

For customers who pay monthly by PayPal subscription, due to the increase, please note that the existing subscription will be cancelled by us and will need to be recreated by you when your next invoice is due. Additionally, automatic payments will be deactivated until we have the necessary authorisations for the new value in place. I will contact all customers affected by this is due course.
